To make Soymilk press theand automatically hot soymilk will be available. 

To make Softtofu after making soymilk you can then with this function button make soybean, by putting in the coagulator in the finished hot soymilk.

 

To make Baby foods or Soups press theand automatically they will be  processed and made.

You can also use this function to make soybean water for your soybean noodles giving them

more flavour and taste.

 

To make Green Tea, Barley Tea, Ginger Tea,Ginseng Tea, and Cinnamon flavoured punches, etc.

Press the and teas will be automatically made.

 

Caution Please Note :

When washing the main unit.

 Do not get water into the electrical top / head part of the unit.

 

Procedure for Making Soy Milk

 

 

1.Wash one cup of dry soybean(100g) prepared. (Using more than one cup of soybean may cause heater burn)

2.Put the soybean in the filtering barrel, insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, then turn it clockwise to lock it .

3.Fill the water of normal temperature to the level of scale (1,700cc)marked inside the pot.

(Do not use hot water.)

4. Place the main unit at centre of the pot.

5. Pull the handle forward. and it lock with the upper part of main unit, with a Click.

6. Connect the  power cord to the upper part of main unit.

7.When the power lamp is lit, press the button "Soymilk" to start operation.

8. When the lamp starts to flicker after about 28 minutes a buzz will be heard indicating that the process is completed.

9. Remove and disconnect the power cord from the upper part of main unit.

10. To open pull back the handle to separate the main body from water bucket.

The soy milk is now ready for drinking.

 

 

A Recipe for Making Hard Tofu

1. Fill a cup half full with water, and put the coagulant for hard tofu into it to melt it.

2. Lay a filtering fabric at the bottom of the 2 litres capacity container to hold the hard tofu

3. Put the melted coagulant into the 2 litres container in readiness for the finished hard tofu.

4. Pour the soymilk made in the pot (refer to the Making Soymilk) onto the hard tofu by holding the grip of pot with right hand while supporting the bottom of pot with left hand, then wait for about 5 minutes while it is being coagulated.

5. Lift the coagulated hard tofu by holding the 4 corners of the filtering fabric  and allow the water to drain off, back into the 2 litres container.

6. Once it has drained the high-protein hard tofu is ready for use. 

(The remaining liquid now left in the 2 litres container has lots of nutrients, so it is recommended to use the liquid for stews or soups). 

 

 

 

A recipe for making Pumpkin Soup or Baby Food, Red Bean Soup, Vegetable soup.

 

 

1. Fill with water at a normal temperature to the level of scale(1,300cc) which is marked on inside the pot (hot water prohibited).

2. Prepare and wash one cup of rice.

3. Put the rice in the pot (this not needed for vegetable soup).

4-1 Peel off the skin of pumpkin, remove the internal contents, then cut it into cubes about the size of  1cm, then add 4 cups of the pieces into the pot.
4-2 Then add one cup of peanuts, a half cup of pine nuts and a half cup of sesame seeds in the pot.
4-3 Then add two cups of fully-soaked red beans (leave for about 6 hours) in the pot.
4-4 Later cut a carrot of medium size into 1cm cubes, slice-up one of onion, a potato and apple small.

(You do not need glutinous rice for vegetable soup).

5. Take out the filtering barrel from the lower part of main unit, then place the main unit at the center of the pot.

6. Pull the grip forward this will lock the upper part of main unit to it, with a Click.

7. Connect the power cord to the upper part of main unit. 

8.When the power lamp is lit, press the soup button to start the soup making process.

9. When the lamp starts to flicker after about 28 minutes a buzz will be heard indicating that the process is completed.

10. Remove and disconnect the power cord from the upper part of main unit.

11. To open pull back the handle to separate the main body from water bucket.

12. The soup is now ready for eat.  (Season the soup according to own taste).

 

 

 

Making Teas (Ginseng Tea, Cinnamon-Flavoured, or Ginger Tea)

 

 

1. Fill with normal temperature water to (1,300cc) to the level marked inside the pot. 

Put one table spoon of tea leaves in the filtering barrel, and insert the filtering barrel in

the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating it clockwise.

Slice the one piece of ginseng root and put them in the filtering barrel, and insert the

filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating it clockwise.

Cut the cinnamon into small pieces and put 3 table spoons of the pieces in the filtering

barrel.

Slice 3 pieces of ginger and put them in the filtering barrel.

Insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of main unit then lock it by rotating it clockwise.

2. Place the main unit at the centre of the pot.

3. Pull the grip forward to lock the grip with the locking device at the upper part of the

main unit, with a click.

4. Connect the power cord to the upper part of main unit.

5. When the power lamp is lighted, press the tea button to start the tea making process.

6. When the lamp starts to flicker after about 25 minutes a buzz will be heard indicating that the process is completed.

7. Remove and disconnect the power cord from the upper part of main unit.

8. To open pull back the handle to separate the main body from water bucket.

9. The special tea is ready for drinking.
