Product Warranty / Service All products on the web site unless stated otherwise either on the web site page or with the product have a 1 years parts and labour warranty. The Masterpiece ioniser unit has a 1 year warranty. All products are checked thoroughly before posting to any customers.
If warranty cards are not returned back to Sunrise Water then the warranty will begin 5 working days after the product has been posted.
Hard water areas please note : . The Masterpiece will eventually 'fur-up / calcify', it really depends on your water supply. If this occurs we will clean the unit 'free of charge' as long as return postage / insurance costs are sent with the unit. Units are usually cleaned / serviced and in the return post back to clients within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank holidays.
Posting /Packaging If you live in a hard water area, it is advisable to retain the packaging, place it in the garage or attic, in case of the need to have the unit cleaned or serviced. We are not responsible for damaged goods in transit, please insure the parcel on any returns back to us. Please Note : If the parcel is not insured and damaged we will not accept it.
Misuse / Damage Parts and labour will be charged for any product that has been inappropriately misused or damaged that is returned for servicing / repairing. Accompanying return postage and insurance is also required, so that we can return your goods back to you.
Please remember to put your name address and telephone number, with a brief description of what is or has happened with any returned unit / product.

Units Purchased From Other Companies The above warranty and services are only for units supplied by Sunrise Water it does not apply to units purchased anywhere else e.g. USA etc. Normal service and parts charges will apply.
28 Days Return Policy Any unit returned within 28 days for re-imbursement will be checked and any parts used, altered or damaged will be charged for before any re-imbursement is given. This also includes the box / packaging for the unit.
